Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients across varied acuity levels
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient condition and coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document patient care according to hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Support emergency situations as needed in a Critical Access setting
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality care standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous Med Surg experience required
- Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Ability to work night shifts (3×12-hour schedule)
- Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and teamwork skills
